Cindy Hoàng is a Southern California-based artist.
She enjoys creating playful and nostalgic illustrations, as well as experimenting with shapes, colors, and different mediums. She hopes to create art that people can resonate with and that brings joy.

Her work is inspired by her culture, personal experiences, and interest in 1960s-2000s aesthetics and pop culture.

In her free time, she enjoys going on walks, collecting trinkets, and spending time with her conures Peaches, Jackie, and Emerald!
